The typical features for Pop Star magazine are pictures of famous celebrities and comments about what they are doing or speech bubbles with quotes or sayings from the artist. Usually the celebrity is smiling in the pictures to show they are happy.

The genre is Pop, obviously because the title of the magazine is Pop Star magazine. They have lots of photos of famous pop stars that are well known to the young female audience. The magazine represents the artists as flawless pretty/handsome young stars. To other audiences they might see them as being cheesy but to young girls they look up to them.
